You listen with only one purpose: to help him or her to empty his heart.”   ~Thich Nhat HanhEmpathy is one of the most valuable gifts we possess as humans\, the ability to listen deeply to others and to be deeply heard and understood without judgment. \n\n\n\nThe session will provide an overview of empathy and a welcoming space for self-connection and presence.
