This workshop is designed for people who have some experience with NVC. A familiarity with the NVC process is helpful, but it isn’t required.

We will be using an experiential learning process using NVC Dance Floors to move from our stuck intense feelings into an understanding of what is really important to us- into an awareness that allows more choice of how to move forward. Watch an overview of NVC Dance Floors.

You will learn how to constructively attend to anger or other intense emotions by transforming your habitual defensive reactions to triggering situations with enhanced awareness and choice.

Join Teresa Speakman for a 1/2 day workshop in Compassionate Communication to transform habitual responses to triggering situations and discover the surprising purpose of intense emotions.
