Tangerine Mindfulness Meditation in the Tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh

This guided mindfulness meditation is the classic Tangerine Meditation that Teresa learned from Zen Master, Thich Nhat Hanh. This meditation introduces mindful eating and Interbeing and is a gratitude practice. Discussion following. Space is limited so registration is required.
Note: For comfort and ease of mind for some, this is not a meditation where we sit on the floor cross-legged, so do not hesitate to join due to worry about logistics.
