This guided mindfulness meditation adapts the classic Tangerine Meditation that Teresa learned from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
This meditation introduces mindful eating and Interbeing, the inter-existence of all things.
This is not a meditation where we sit on floor cushions, so do not hesitate to join due to worry about comfort.
