Hello, I am Teresa Speakman, a life-long learner, mother, potter, and backyard gardener. I first heard of Compassionate Communication (NVC) while exploring philosophies of compassion and the pursuit of personal healing. I offer presentations, classes, and transformational coaching, with the vision of bringing personal healing, growth, and positive social change.

Educational background: Bachelor of Specialized Studies focusing on Art, Psychology, Social Work, & Women’s Studies. Master of Arts in Organizational Communication with a special focus on Compassionate Communication in the Workplace.
